We contacted Terry after seeing rats in the garden, then hearing them in the attic - this was on a Sunday. We got in touch with Terry straight away and, despite being very busy, he came in the next couple of days. He explained his methods and prices and agreed a plan beforehand and then got started immediately with checking our house, the drains, all around the garden, etc. He was extremely thorough and stayed over an hour, checking everything and giving advice. There were then 2 more visits, one a few days later - by which time most of the rats had already disappeared and then again 2 weeks later to be totally sure. Terry is friendly, polite, and very professional. Lovely to meet Max, his clever little dog, too! Great job - would definitely recommend Terry (and Max!)
